EXCHANGE AND RETURN

All sale purchases are final. Only regular priced items can be exchanged or returned. Be sure to consult our sizing guide to order the correct size.

The item must be unworn and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return of any item that does not meet these criteria.

Item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt .

We do not make any refunds. However, it is possible to exchange the item or obtain a credit note which will only be valid on our online shop.

 

PROCESS TO FOLLOW

Before returning an item, please contact us by email. Make sure you indicate the order number, your first and last name, as well as the reason for the exchange or return: support@boutiqueantilope.com

The item must be returned to this adress:

You are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging or returning. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

When returning an item worth $75 or more, we strongly suggest using a tracking number.

In the case of an exchange, we will send the product back to you at no additional cost.

 

GUARANTEE

An item that breaks within 30 days of purchase (despite normal use) will be repaired. If repair is not possible, the item will be exchanged or credited.

Item broken upon receipt will be exchanged or credited.

To do this, please take a photo of the item as soon as possible and send it to us at: support@boutiqueantilope.com, indicate the order number, your first and last name. We will follow up with you promptly.
